These terms govern your use of Inferr (the “Platform”), operated at inferr.works. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Inferr is a remote job platform for AI engineers. We generate verified profiles from machine and repository metadata (never source code), and connect engineers with employers. Inferr is a facilitator of introductions — we are not a party to any employment or contractor relationship formed through the Platform.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Profile data generated from scans is editable and labelled “AI-generated, reviewed by you.” You confirm that any contribution data you disclose is your own work and that you are permitted to disclose your participation.
Inferr does not act as an Employer of Record, does not process payroll or payments, and does not guarantee any hiring outcome. Employers are solely responsible for worker classification, tax, and legal compliance in every applicable jurisdiction, including correctly classifying contractors vs. employees. Misclassification risk is the employer’s responsibility. See our compliance notes.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. We do not store card details. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
No fraudulent, inflated, or misrepresented activity. We use anomaly detection and may remove profiles or accounts that game the system. Verified badges are awarded from evidence and cannot be self-assigned.
The Platform is provided “as is.” Inferr disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law and is not liable for hiring decisions, classification, or any indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here is legal or tax advice — consult a qualified attorney.
